Ice maker was not working. Called Valley Services for repair. They came with a new ice maker and did not check for the problem. Put in new ice maker. Did not work and put in another and found that the tube that led to ice maker was frozen. Sent another repair person who informed my husband that something else was wrong and causing this to happen. My husband repaired the broken part and put back old ice maker. Owner refused to refund money even though they guarantee work. They offered $150 dollars for an ice maker that cost $175 and we paid $312.26 for work. Would like to have refund of total amount less the charge that companies make to find out the problem. Owner was very mean and nasty and told me to go ahead and take him to court. He has gone many times. This proves that they have completed poor work in other circumstances.
