IDPROTECTIONPLUS Charged my home phone bill 14.95 for a service that I know nothing about. My wife contacted the company regarding the charge. The company said that we went to their website and signed up for the service. WE DID NOT! They said that they would credit my phone bill but it may take up to three months. I did some research on the company and it appears they may have done this to other people as well. I just want companies like this to stop scamming innocent people.
