I have a mailbox at my house and also a P.O. Box at the post office but for an unknown reason some of my mail is not being delivered to either address. The excuse is that either my mail box is not at the road or that a substitute carrier failed to put the mail where it belonged. I also put in a change of address when I moved to this location so the Collinsville post office had all the info on me. What can a person do to make sure they get their mail? I was told it is my responsibility but I am not the one receiving a paycheck to do their job.
