Once Again The CEO of Air Parcel Express Chooses To Use This Forum To Avoid Accountability!

Once again my emails are not being answered by the claims department at Air Parcel Express. The CEO claimed to have this matter settled before the end of the year. I am posting my most recent emails to and from Air Parcel Express.

I will be posting all of my documents shortly if this matter is not resolved so that the public can see for themselves what was and was not given to me.

The question that the public should be asking themselves is do i really want to deal with a company that would put me i this postion to have to recover my losses from having my cargo sent to the wrong country and having it damage and goods stolen before shippment?

The bottom line is... Lets get conterm to pay something - i.E. The differential between the port fees and the payment you made

There is NO POINT in getting an attorney... You will loose... LET ME BE OF HELP! As we are their largest client we have power.

This is part of the communications with themAND WE WILL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF IT... Lets not stir up the pot so much as it will only be detrimental to the outcome you desire. I am going to help you... Even if there is no fault on our part.

Paul,

I understand all this and I am in the process of getting together with the Zone Vice President of NACA LOGISTICS here in Miami as he is taking this file personally. However, he has been traveling and we have not been able to see all the details.

Please be patient, we really want to help you get this resolved.

Subject: claim process: apx q# 774910 (mia/spg/c00000)

Dear Natalia

I just got a notice from the Rip off report. Andy stated that my claim was less than what the insurance company needed to pay. Once again the policy was made way after I made payment for insurance. I was not informed by APX of any deductable. I was not given an insurance policy. My cargo was damaged in the US. Theft was involved when my cargo was damaged. If you add the cost of damage and having to re-ship the damaged goods it would be above $500. Misrepresentation on the insurance policy is fraud. I have proof of the weight difference in my cargo. I have Photos that were taken in Riga, when the crate was opened. I have documents, photos and weight of cargo at customs before the cargo was released to me.

Even if I did not have insurance the company who damaged my cargo in the US and stole some of my cargo has insurance coverage and should cover my loss.

Why has no one contacted me and given me the information as to whom damaged my goods so I can pursue criminal charges?

This is only one matter that I have concern with APX! If Andy wants to keep making post to act like his company has no responsibility then I will make my argument on youtube. Would you like a copy my legal brief before I file it?

I have attached some files.

Booking Request For Quote January 7, Credit card authorization dated January 8,2—9, and ACIS insurance document dated March 5.

The Booking Request document has the "Condition of Contract". Andy stated in the complaint the following: "Insurance was issued for cargo and all disclosure pertaining to such was communicated to client www.shipping-worldwide.com/insurance.htm".

Facts:

(1). I was never given the insurance link that Andy posted in the Rip off report! More than likely it was added to your contract after I made ACIS aware of poor business practices on the part of APX.

This link is also not in any of the documents given to my by APX!

(2). I was shocked to get an email 2 months later with the ACIS insurance policy and the condition stated in the policy.

Is this really full disclosure and good communication with the client?

(3). The Bill of Lading referring me to the following link http://www.shipping-worldwide.com/carrier.htm is a cover your ass document, which I believe falls under Unfair Business Practices and does not apply when my shipment was sent to another country to save a buck!

I already found several flaws in this document to prove Unfair Business Practices, and from the arguments, which Andy uses this document to justify no wrong doing and no accountability.

Thank you,

Paul

Dear Mr. H,

Your file was handed to me to continue with the claim process in order to assist you in receiving compensation for the damage of the crate but most importantly for the confusion caused when your cargo was discharged in Riga instead of St. Petersburg, Russia as intended from the time of booking.

We truly apologize for the headaches and great inconvenience this issue has created for you. As Andy explained to you, we are one of NACA's largest clients and I know from past experience that they are cooperative and fair when situations like this occur. I will do my best in getting to the bottom of it and assisting you in the process.

I will contact the person in charge of claims and explain the entire scenario based on the correspondence received from you. Should I need further information, I will contact you.

I have also included in this message Virginie who is the Operations Supervisor for Air and Ocean. She is always involved behind the scenes in the resolution of shipments that have incurred some kind of problem through out the shipping process.

Regards,

Natalia
