I am extremely disappointed with Security Alliance Center (SAC), Sanford, FL. Several years ago we changed to their alarm monitoring service due to their low monthly rate and supposed commitment to customer service. Last year we cancelled our contract due to poor service and failure to respond to our calls. At that time they refused to cancel my contract until the anniversary date. Recently I attempted to sign up for alarm monitoring with another company and found out the SAC had "locked out" the control board and David (owner) refused to give me the access code to my own home security alarm! Stay away from SAC.
