Starving Students Moving Company, Inc. Starving Students Movers damaged my home during their move and they are refusing to repair the damage they cuased at my home

SS Movers damaged front door of my home w / hide-a-bed couch on 6-20-09.

SS Movers are refusing to process my claim and pay for the damage to the front door. I submitted photographs of the damage to my front door as well as the completed claim for with a bid of $748.00 from a licensed construction contractor to fix the door. Resolution Sought: SS Movers Failed to visit the premesis to examine the damage to the door.

SS Movers Failed to contact the customer in early December when the claim was filed. SS Movers Failed to contact their current/former employees to investigate the claim.

SS Movers waited over 1-month to process the claim. Date Problem Started: 6/20 Date of Transaction: 6/20 Amount in Dispute: $748.00 Invoice Number: 4418895
