I was a faithful Verizon customer for over 10 years, then I moved to an area where Verizon did not provide service, so I was charged with $375.00 for early termination fee. I wrote and called managers from Verizon for 4 years, with no help from any of them. After seeing my credit report and trying to resolve it again, I finally contacted the 4th collection agency with my account, even though Verizon had written off my account. I paid $222.25 from my social security check, but feel humiliated and robbed.
