I called my local phone company to inquire about charges for international calling. I was told it depended on the country. I never made any calls with NCIC.
I had a decent amount of money on my debit or thought I did until I checked today. I was going to buy a hard drive for my computer only to find that I had been scammed of money by NCIC. They charged me $48.97 for a call to Malta I didnt make and $37.84 for a call to thye UK that I didnt make.
I seek a full refund for the money I have lost. I am very angry that this has happened. I want to make sure it doesnt happen again.
