Charged my account and didn't respond to my request for a refund. Several pages of complaints on this individual

I ordered an item on November 26 from Bethea Jenner's website. I received email confirmation that the item had shipped.in four days it will be one month since the item was ordered. I called their customer service number and was told the item would arrive by Friday December 19th.

I notified Bethea via email regarding the problem and received an email address error message. The only way to contact customer service is by leaving a voice mail, that is if the answering machine is not full.

Please do not order from this scam artist. I never received my order and to recover my money I must complete a police report.
