I received a book in the mail from bottom line books. They stated that i had ordered the book when in fact i had not. I mailed the book back to them (having to pay unnecessary shipping charges) and am still receiving past due notices that my payment is due. I included a note in the book that was sent back stating that i had not ordered the book. I have never heard of bottom line books until this fiasco. They make it impossible to contact them since they don't include any phone numbers on their statements to clear any matters up.
I came across this website while trying to locate a phone number and am so glad to be able to report this. I have more important things to do than to waste my time with this company.
