These blasted b*st*rds are at it again.
First they deny three weeks of benefits, when they should have only denied one. Now all of a sudden I can only file for benefits every two weeks. These are required weekly benefits claims. Im not interrupting my benefits every g*dd*mn week. I sure as h*ll am not being denied three weeks of benefits at a time because some schmuk at the office refues to pay a veteran the benefits that are due in a city which REALLY doesnt hire, despite the 'for hire' ads placed within the city limits. Companies are way too picky about who they want to hire and refuse to submit proper identifying information to background agencies for checks, so they can deny excellent candidates employment.
Lets get this straight. I can pass a background check with flying colors. I even checked the information that choicepoint puts out. ITS ACCURATE.
There is no reason for this bulsh*t.
I went from 3500/month to zero in a matter of days, then when i file of unemployment benefit, i cant even get three weeks of benefits? Im guaranteed between 6 and 12 months unemployment for my veteran status at the maximum allowable amount. Not even three of those months are up and so far i've been denied over three weeks of benefits. This is the second time i have been denied benefits from the VEC.
I cannot survive on my disability benefits from the federal government. Not to mention the fact that I AM NOT disabled, this was only the condition of my discharge on my DD214.
