Western Reserve Life Assurance CO
After I made efforts to close the account, I realized the money was taken from my account a year and a half later

January an agent come over my house and proposed a Life Insurance plan with Western Reserve Life.initially, He wrote the plan for me and my two minor children. A day later I canceled the plan with my children and a week later, I canceled the plan for myself.

To my knowledge, the plan was canceled due to the conversation via telephone. Since then, I had not hear from Western reserve about the plan being active.

June I received mail from Western Reserve pertaining to my Life Insurance plan. After auditing my bank statements, I noticed Western Reserve was still withdrawing from my bank account after the confirmed that my plan would be discontinued. Western Life Insurance took money from account against my will and I want to be compensated for their dishonesty.
