I hired House of Gutters, owned by Manuel Romero to install new 6inch gutters on my home. I thought the job was done to satisfaction until I began to notice water damage in my home. I pulled the estimate and noted a 5 year warranty on labor that they had promised. So, I contacted them.
I needed a downspout moved from where it was (no drainage area) to an area like my driveway where it could drain the water AWAY from my house. After many attempts and disregarded phone calls, I gave up on them. I was basically told that they could move it but I was going to incur a labor charge for that job. I argued with them about it, but they were more unresponsive.
I had to hire another company to come out and fix the job, like it should've been done in the first place.
