My daughter was born in 2001 and after she was 6 months old her mother left her in the care of one of her cousins. Even though the cousin was taking care of my daughter the mother kept collecting welfare money which I am still paying back. The mother commited welfare fraud by collecting both money and food stamps every month for a daughter which was not in her care but in a cousins care. After paying nearly the entire $10,000 I gaind full custody of my daughter "from the cousin who also stated in the court case she has had my daughter since she was 6 months old".
And if all of this is not bad enough, the mother also had a son in 2000 and had me pay support for the child "which was not mine after a DNA test" and the NJ support enforcement also took roughly $1,500 for support which was never returned. After calling and complaining about all of this I got no farther then the famous "RUN AROUND" and no help at all!!!
Can anyone help me???
