In all my years in the working world I have never dealt with a health insurance organization that went so far out of its way to deny claims. Despite being given ample proof that these claims could in no way be a pre-existing condition, they refuse to pay. For example while on a business trip, I dislocated a finger. I had been with the company for about four months at this point. My claim was denied by this so-called insurance provider as it was a possible pre-existing condition. I guess these jerks assume that since I already had that finger, before the accident, it was a pre-existing finger and therefore a pre-existing condition. I have tried to resolve this issue with them for months now to no avail. I guess it's time to turn this over to the state insurance commissioner.
