This company did my taxes for 2 yrs already. On my 1st year I applied for a loan advance but i was denied which reply upsets me, I called the taxnet hotline and I spoke to the customer service department and they explained to me reasons why a RAL gets denied since I already agreed to file my taxes with them which they did and for a few weeks after it was Efiled I got my Tax refund I was very happy. I also had made changes on my taxes and they offered me free amended return. They told me on my 2nd yr my chances of getting approved is high. So this year I applied again for a RAL and it was approved I got my loan and it was direct deposit into my account 3days after it was approved.
I can say I will still be doing business with this guys...
