Fariya Joseph is corrupt nyc fast food manager from Virginia, and I really wouldn't hire her myself. No matter what I said or corporate or the office, she doesn't change her nasty attitudes. It seems like she will pick sides and work for the wrong reasons. I will not hire Fariya Joseph if she has to interact with anyone over the phone or in person as the fact rhetoric she may have an attitude with anyone, makes be believe she may do that with customers and employees. I hate to say all of this but I have to expose any corrupt/evil behavior until it changes. Fariya Joseph may be from Virginia. Not sure. Fariya Joseph is a fast food manager that has worked for a major fast food resturaunt in New York City. You are taking a major gamble if you hire Fariya Joseph. She may lie about this or may accuse me of being unfair or maybe accuse me of being a bad employee. I worked so hard I got cuts injuries and even sprained an angle. Fariya Joseph says to rush hurry up and she doesn't even acknowledge good work. Fariya Joseph really makes a fool of you sometimes if she doesn't like you. Fariya Joseph did that to me likely because I exposed her to the office and corporate for these flaws with her, which can cause negative reviews, increased turn over, complaints, and possibly confrontation with employees. Regardless, I remained as calm and professional as possible and did my job. She never seems to acknowledge good behavior. She doesn't encourage people. When there is a problem she approaches with an attitude and argument rather than a solution. I got so passionately involved in my job I noticed the way she is working Fariya Joseph is clearly there for the money and not the customer and employees. Fariya Joseph is not a people person and it may be damaging to your organization in more than one way and It is recommended to not hire Fariya Joseph. She is likely to bully her employees in retail and fast food industries. She is likely to also lie about this and may come up with something defensive. She knows I do my job the best I can. She needs to do hers better and I don't know if she will improve on that. I hope Fariya Joseph can be nicer to her employees.
