I bought a Dr. Clockwork violet wand from a distributor of this company products. It broke before the warranty expired. I was told 30 days. So I tried to return it to them and they said they were just a distributor, that that its a Dr Clockwork product and that company was where i needed to return it. So I contacted Dr. Clockwork and spike to him direct (real name Michael Goldsmith) and he refused to fix the item or replace it and wouldn't let me return it. He said he didn't sell it, take it back to the seller. But they just distribute they don't fix or replace, they dont do the company warranty. It is his company and his product. IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. So I am out a lot of money by him.
