This company approached use when looking into modification. All documents were sent and was told it would take 45 days for the modification to be approved. This started June. We were also told we didn't have to pay our mortgage during this period. We got behind on our mortage by four payments and was then told by Nations First to start making payments. I have been trying to speak with the person working our loan with limited success. Our mortgage company saod this is a scam because lowering to a 3% is not possible the best is 7%. We did pay mortage last month but know are 4 payments behind
