I had an emergency and needed to use the pay phone because my cell phone had died on me. Well I didn't have any change so I used my credit card to make two locals calls. When I checked my account Legacy Collect Calls had charge $4 for one call then $16.09 for another. I called the corporate office and the manager was very rude and said yep that's our fee and it was announced during the call. I was never informed of the price because I wouldn't have paid that much for 50 cents call. I will be disputing these charges.
