I ordered a pair of sneakers and paid through pay pal. When I asked for a tracking number for my item they said it was out of stock to do an exchange, or refund. They said to do an exchange send the direct link for another pair of shoes. After doing this they said my order was cancelled for failure to pay when I had already paid for shoes and I was doing an exchange for a pair of the same price. Cleared that up then I was told the exchange pair was out of stock and that I would recieve a refund within 24 hours. Still havent recieved a refund.
