My 87 year old father received a voice mail message from this company telling me that they need to contact me about a debt that they will have me arrested for. They did this twice. So today I called the number that was left on their voicemail (keep in mind, I've never received a call, letter, or any other document from this company). They were rude from the start. Asked me for my complaint/docket number, told them I had no idea of what it was, and the male individual on the other side suddenly got rude with me (even more so than in the beginning), would not let me speak, told me that either I paid the debt in full or they were going to have me thrown in jail. He had the last 4 numbers of my social security number, and date of birth. Then he hung up on me. Called back a second time, this time a woman answered the phone, I asked to speak with a supervisor, she told me that I could not unless I gave her the complaint/docket number, told her I didn't have one, she then said "well, then you don't need to speak to a supervisor" and *click* hung up on me. When I tried calling back a 3rd and 4th time, got the "mailbox is full" routine. Supposed to be over a Chase credit card that I supposed to have received some 10 or so years ago, and I've never had a Case credit card, matter of fact, have not owned or possessed a credit card since the late 90's.
