Sent paypal payment of $57 to credit my perfect money account. Never received the money.
On inspection the paypal payment was made to an 'elizabeth graham' of luxercards... The address is a garage/self storage storage unit in Moscow...
It's not legit.

This thief conned me too. He stole $35 for VCCs we paid for. Never heard from him again. Avoid at all cost. I had to buy all of my VCCs from Auction Essistance.

Lightvcc is pure trash. Sent this guy/girl money for VCC's that I never received. Someone should take down the website ASAP to stop their scamming ways.

Not only did he rob me, he infected my computer with viruses.

Pure trash! I buy all of my VCC's from Auction Essistance now.
