Microsoft sent me to their tech which I was assuming that it would be a good one... Not at all. They said that I had viruses, took control with a remote applet and screwed everything up worse than before. I figured this out through being smart enough to go back through the steps they made me do and because they made me go into an option on start up that was very wrong, almost crashed my computer. I couldn't even open a web page. They left the remote control applet up too. It took me calling back for them to make it disappear while acting like they weren't the reason it was up and also not letting me know that they were the ones who took it down. So much confusion that I have cried my eyes out. They almost destroyed my computer. Do not do it.
