I have also made the error of trusting this company.in good faith I made the installment payments totalling $2,950.00. As suggested by one of the many reps I spoke with during this process I suspended payments to my lender, ignored my lenders attempts to contact me, and submitted the required forms, letters and documentation as requested.
I should have been suspicious when I was told to resubmit my packet several different times. As of 27 Jun 13 I have not been able to speak with anyone from the company, am out $2,950.00, and do not know where to begin to resolve my this problem with my lender.
