I was checking my balance on my account when I discovered a transaction from this company. I know that I did not submit for a loan with them and how dare they charge me for money I never received. It would be one thing if I applied and the amount was deducted as means of repaying the loan.
I know that it is not common practice to charge then not give a loan but that doesn't make sense to charge someone for a service.
