I received a phone call from a Mr. Fontaine 716-980-4126 from department of legal services saying that I had taken out a pay day loan with this company hydra funds, and that they wanted to file fraud charges against me because I apparently applied for a 300.00 loan from them, which I know I didn't, so anyway now I have this man trying to tell me that I need to pay for this loan or have charges brought against me. He also transferred me over to a Laura page at number 716-312-4700 to get my payment info. Oh and also they don't have the correct social security number for me.
