Company accepted the order and charged my credit card, then immediately cancelled the order without any notice. Only discovered this when I checked with concern over delay.
Telephone rep said that the refund would be completed within the period allowed by MasterCard.
Chase said it could not process a dispute as long as 30 days had not passed.
It now is 29 days and some hours.
This is a company with shoddy business practices. Best-Practice: Amazon only charges upon shipment.
Shame also on MasterCard, which allows a merchants to grab my money instantly but does not insist upon a timely return.
