I did a survey to receive free gift only payment was 5.95 delivery chg gift received with no paper work within two days. Then 05/13 5.95 chg put on credit card. I receive it on 05/16. Then with no warning on May 31th a charge of 149.95 (unauthorized) was charge. To me this is illegal now they have my no. This company is just running a scam.
I contact them on 06/26 for refund by internet because they not answer on phone. (master card sears give me the phone number on my bill and tell me to ask them to cancel the order and the refund on my account).
I was not advise for trial 14 days or 30 days for return the product before my contact with sears's Master card.
