My issue is I called to try the product, when I ordered it, I said I DO NOT WANT put on a monthly reorder, That I would like to try the product and then IF it works, I would then call to receive more. A month later I received more, with a charge of $109.89 to my bank account. I sent the product back without opening it, and refused it. I have not received a refund. I have tried several emails with NO RESPONSE, AND the last two came back underliverable! And when I try calling them, I get the "your call can not be connected as dialed, please try again." However this is the number attached with my charge at the bank! SO HOW DO I GET A REFUND??? I can't afford $109.89, which is WHY I didn't want put on an auto refill!!! And the worst part is... I never even used the samples... I took a vacation to Florida, and when I got back NO MORE HOT FLASHES... So why use it! CAN ANYONE OUT THERE HELP? The charge to my account was on 5/20.
