I received an e-mail that I bought a Trim-trainer. I never heard of this product and I did not order it. This company is going to charge me over $9 per month for this product that I did not order and I never received it in the first place. I called the customer service number and I am sure it was overseas. It was very hard to understand the person on the phone. I told that person that I want my money back and I was told 5 to 6 working days. I really don't think I will be seeing anything. This needs to be stopped. This is an awful scam!!!
