I placed an order for a 48" covered log rack through this company on 6-2-13. As of today, 6-26-13 I still haven't received anything. Even though this company billed the entire amount to my credit card, still hadn't provided any product, they still refused to expedite the shipping of the product or to pay for any shipping themselves. I spoke to Kathy, then Linda regarding this problem. Linda's only solution was to cancel the order or finally send it as they should have weeks ago and still charge me for the shipping. Their gross neglegence and poor business forced me to cancel the order and not deal with them. I still have an issue of them billing my credit card and not resolving that issue or the S&H either. They gave up the chance to save a sale of $61.99 over a S&H charge of $15.66. This is terrible business on their part especially after they messed up the order in the first place.
