Ordered a 14 day trial of this product on June 13. Still haven't rec'd it. This morning, exactly 14 days after my order for the trial, I open my email and find an order confirmation and charge for more product that I did not authorize. I called their customer service number and spoke with Brian. After much heated and forceful conversation I got a cancellation confirmation number from him. I've been assured that my trial product is enroute, but I really wonder. Thank goodness my credit card company puts hold on new charges so I can advise them this is bogus. I rec'd email confirmation that The cancellation is processed but I'm going to make sure! Thanks, Olga Wish I'd read your post before ordering!!
