Foreplaycustomz picked up my Suv on 11-30-12 $500.00, Cash deposit, a few days later talked to Jason asked how its going with my Suv and informed him i would like him to also check heater core and asked if he replaces hoses belts and vacuum line He said he only replaces what's needed I said i would like all new hoses belts vacuum lines He said he would need the money for the part, On 12-03-12 charged my card $350.00, I called a few days latter talked to Jason He said the motor he had would not work, but he could rebuild mine, I asked him how much would that be, he said $1700.00 I asked how much for everything i want He said 2070.00, I asked how long would that take he said about 3 to 4 weeks I agreed, He said he could start on that today but would need more money for parts, I said ive already paid, $850.00 he said ive already spent most of that on parts, I have to send your motor to machine shop and would need $400.00 On 12-06-12 charged My card $400.00... On Dec 20th talked with Jason's dad, Said motor is ready for pick up but he needed $500.00 to pick up the motor for my Suv, I told him that ive already paid Jason, for that, he said motor is ready but Jason not around, he could pick it up and have my Suv done before the end of the yr. 12-20-12 charged My card $500.00
In or about February or March they moved their shop from, 5824 Republic Street
Riverside, CA 92504 with out informing me of the move, I found this out when I rented a car and drove out to check on my Suv the shop was empty, I called Jason left a few messages, he didn't return my calls, sent text message asking about my Suv, Talked with a guy from shop a across the St, Talked with him about Jason he told me how to find the new shop. No one was there, looked around did not see my Suv, Jason text me the next day, says he did tell me, I don't remember him telling me that, They moved to 6151 Columbus St Riverside, CA 92504, then talked me in to giving him another $310 for transmission repair on May 8th. Would not charge me labor because I've been so patient with them.
This has been the worst experience of my life. Jason is very good salesman,
As you can see ive been trying to work with them for some time now.
