I ordered a subscription to Food Network in Nov for my sister as a Xmas gift. To date she has never received any magazines whatsover. I have called the company 8 times and emailed numerous times as well without any response. I have contacted the Food Network Magazine directly and they report that they have never received any subscription information from Magazine City. I was ripped off completely and Food Network Magazine will not help either!
