I went to us-immigration.com to renewal my citizenship certificate as it was stolen along with my car. The site gave me an online option to renew the form and it looked very official. So I filled out the form and at the end of the process it allowed me to print it. I later called up uscis about a document process fee of $345 and they said that is the correct fee. I told them I've already paid the $149 $15.31 for this already on us-immigration.com. They said the forms should be free and the only charge was $345 for the renewal fee. All this website did was fill in the form which is free on the uscis. Gov site that you can fill in yourself. The website just takes your online form which you have to fill on your own anyway and populate it for you and charge you a ridiculous price for it. They were not up front about it on the site when you are filling out the form about this charge. I filed a fraud complaint with my bank to have them investigate this and reimburse me for my lost. Hopefully, this site will be more honest about what they are doing as this is such a scam for people who have wasted time, money and effort into something they thought they are paying for.
