John Boyd verbaly promised to replace the verticle gutter which was leaning away from the house which I just noticed Sunday when I came home from church.
He kept telling me that the gutter on the top of the house was coming away from the house. I kept telling him I could not see what he was talking about.
Mr. Boyd then pointed out some holes in the the gutter. He said the birds or squirrels had caused the holes. Mr, Boyd said that he covered the holes.
He also said that he attached the gutter all around the house.
Mr. Bold did not tell me in advance that he was going to move my bill up from about $150.00 to $750.00.
He should have told me before in advance and ask me if I wanted to have him to increase my bill that much because. I am in the process of hiring companies to write out everything that should be done to the house. I am in the process of interviewing companies this month.
The holes are still in the gutter. I cannot tell if Mr Boyd did anything or not.
