I had free in home estimate. I already made a deposit with another company so i told them I would call the other company then make my deposit. The salesman insisted and I gave a down payment and the next day changed my mind and called and was told that I the charge wouldn't be sent. A week later the charge is posted to my account. I called tony at 571-330-5366 and he stated that he apoligized and that he would have them refund it back. A month later still no refund, he stated he would then mail a check and it would be there by Wednesday, Wednesday came still no money. I have been calling with no answer or no response. I can't let him get away with money and I had nothing done.
