I purchased a King size mattress set from Andy's Furniture in Chicago on March 5th. I was told he didn't have one in stock and needed to order the set. I was also told it was brand new. I called Andy on the 15th to ask why it was taking so long to receive the set. Andy seemed quite upset with me for some reason and had an attitude. I received the set on March 16th, a full 11 days later then when I purchased it and it was a different set then the one I ordered! I was unable to be there when it was delivered so I had my 18 year old nephew stay at my house to accept the set. When I got home from work that night, I noticed a lot of pea sized brown stains on the mattress which was covered in clear plastic as if new. This had all the indications of being a used refurbished mattress! I immediately left Andy a voicemail and asked that he return to my house to pick up the set. When I examined the mattress, there was no manufacturers tag on it at all. I did not nor will I ever sleep on this set. I'm still awaiting my response from Andy, but judging by the conversation I had with Andy on the 15th of March, I'm expecting no resolution. I will update this post upon resolution. Do not buy from andy's furniture!
