Jersey's received an invoice from Yellow US Pages which stated a balance due in the amount of $839.99 Invoice #Y115445244 invoice date 1/13 (Letter was postmarked 6 Feb seems like a long time to mail). We also received a phone call from customer service after the trial period stating that our bill was overdue. I asked for a copy of the original bill (which was NEVER received or sent) and was told that there were no copies to send me, but my time to cancel was overdue and I need to pay. I was also told that I authorized the service over the phone, and she proceeded to play the recording for me over the phone but they only record a portion of the call. I asked for an invoice in writing for record purposes and to avoid the time to cancel if I didn't need the service, nothing was sent not a welcome package, or invoice. Like others I'm quite concerned about their customer service department. I'm not too pleased about receiving a Collection Notice. I asked to speak to a manager and/or cancel the service (which is totally unwanted) and was told this would not happen, the debt would be pursued, and to cancel the service had an early cancellation of $599.99. I offered to pay only the 2 months thinking this seemed reasonable, but this was not accepted. I request that our service be cancelled immediately and all charged dropped.
