We purchased a Nordictract C1500 treadmill at Sears in Iowa City on June 7. The running board was broken in July. So Icon gave us a new treadmill for exchange. But the technician did not follow the manual to assemble the machine and a lot of parts are missing a lot of screws. Since then not only we have had ran on this dangerous treadmill but also this machine with structural problem has been broken two running boards, one console. Since Jan this treadmill has been stopped working until now. Icon has made us run on a treadmill without proper assembling and with a lot of missing screws and small parts. They have had put our life in danger. We have been mentally abused by endless repairing.
