I have purchased some merchandise from a China seller on ebay by using paypal. After made the payment i checked seller's listing for other items suddenly i shocked there were many valuable items were extremely cheap, i suspected that might be a scam. So i reported to ebay. Ebay did take the action by removing the account completely, Just note many people purchased items that day, I can say thousands of them. When ebay removed the seller sent a warning to report it on paypal. So I did. After submit my claim i received the package.instead of merchandise a fake coin was in a registered envelope. Paypal said seller has provided proof of postage. Despite my counterproof paypal didnt want to honor my claim and case as close, The scammer got thousands of dollars by help of paypal
