I sent money from my bank to Billmatrix pay for my electric and Billmatrix never sent pmt. I contacted Billmatrix they said that my Pmt was received, But Billmatrix never sent my Pmt to my Electric Company. I had to repay my Electric bill agin. This makes 2 times they have SCAMED me.
