On 2-26-11 I ordered two quilting books from BBV DISCOUNT BOOKS for the sum of $31.03 at that time they also added a charge of $1.00 no reason they just took it from my account (it was a seperate charge). Then again on 3-4-11 I found a $9.95 charge on my checking account that I did not authorize. I want my account credited the $10.95 and I want in writting that there will be no more unauthorized withdrawals on my account. I will be contacting my states attorney generals office on these charges and asking them to assist me in my complaint.
