Ordered book not received even after payment

I am NIKESH SAMARTH, from Mumbai. I ordered a book namely, - "The Journey Within: Exploring the Path of Bhakti by Radhanath Swami"
The price of the book ($15.28) has been deducted by B&N from my account on May 05. I've not received the book till nor any update of dispatch from B&N. This is quite embarrassing.

Please look into the matter & do the needful
