Total Scam which seems to target seniors!

Back in April of this year my grandparents received an e-mail which they thought they received from a very good friend. Upon investigation after they got into the program, the friend never heard of the company or sent the e-mail. An employee from Focus called and talked them into this deal promising that they would m
ake $2000 to $8000 a month. He also asked what they would be willing to pay for the program and what their credit limit on their credit card was. They should have realized right then and there that it was a scam. But let's face it, they are 81 years old and don't realize the reality of the world. Once my grandmother told him their credit limit he said that was the amount needed to start this program. She informed him that they would need to purchase a new computer, and he subtracted the amount for a new computer off the first figure. Wouldn't a business have a set start up fee and not be based on a person's credit limit? Anyway, the coach called each week just to check on what we had done and say that the next assignment was to read the next few lessons. We are to the point of building the website and it seems that every set requires more money. When do the fees stop? At this rate, you would never make back your money. I would love any advice on how to get my grandparent's money back. It has been 5 month's and I don't think the credit card company will be able to help us now. Currently they have lost $12,111.70.
