Toke my money and no service has been done

I purchased from level ten a template and i have made my payments since 2 weeks ago

I did not get any response since that day and no one even contacted me

I did not even got the download link

I did not get any services

They toke my money and they did not give me any services and no money back

I tried to reach them several time

I tried to call them

I submitted a support ticket

I emailed them

And there was no response

This is completely scam and fraud
