I have had Time Warner Cable service for the last 10 years. Last year due to medical/financial I reduced my service from a phone/cable/internet package to just a internet package. I called them last week because I wanted to upgrade my service and add TV cable service. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes I was told that because I had a two year internet package they would not be able to provide me with any other service. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that was why I was on hold for so long - she was speaking to a supervisor because even she could not believe they could not help me. The customer service for Time Warner Cable said I might want to try and contact the Dish Network. This is how they treat a customer who had direct payment and has never been late.
