I purchased a Gucci Positano Tote from Europeanoutlet.com and the bag has been verified as a fake. I thought i was getting a deal obvioulsy this was not the case. They are advertising bags as authentic and the bag is fake. They shoved it into a priority mail box with a dustbag and shipped it off. The inside of the bag actually had a stain on it. There was dirt around the rim of the bag. It is a counterfeit bag and I cannot resell this item to anyone.
They actually expect you to pay a 15% restocking fee for a returned bag. Does that count for bags your claiming authentic that are fake? Should I be held responsible for a 15% restocking fee when your selling me a fake bag claiming to be authentic. You need to be shut down. How on earth are you selling 75k hermes crocodile handbags and getting away with it. I have no idea. I have already sent you an email regarding this and a chargeback will be filed shortly.
