This company sent a text to my cell phone and i responded with a stop text to them and they kept sending me text and i missed one and now have been charged $9.99 for the last 2 months on my phonebill

This company is a scam they send you a text telling you you have won something or want you to join something and if you reply stop they will send you something else tioll they get you. I missed one of the text and am now being charged $9.99 for last month and now this month. I called my phone company and they are the ones that told me what this was and that i have been charged again next month. I will find a way to get refund on these 2 months some how...
